Teen Smoking on the Rise – Thanks Joe Camel

Teens are smoking at an increasing rate. If congress really wants to cut healthcare costs they would ban the sale of cigarettes by the pack. Teens won’t be as likely to pony-up $44 for a carton just to look cool.

Sure, it’s your individual right to smoke. But it should be the taxpayers’ right to refuse Medicare and Medicaid to anyone who does.
